  • Can you tell me the comparison of Ricoh G5i and Epson series nozzles and Toshiba nozzles?

The most obvious advantages of Ricoh G5I: High jet, no specific jet height is defined as high jet, generally it can be less than 8mm, less than 15mm, the higher the jet, the slower the printing speed.Ceramic piezoelectric technology, with a lifespan of 100 billion inkjets, and the longest known lifespan is 1.5 years. The speed is theoretically twice that of the XP600 nozzle. Specific parameters need to be tested according to the machine.

For Epson print heads, the distance between the print medium and the print head surface is generally 2-3mm.
Lifespan: Epson has no official inkjet count reference. Usually 6-12 months, the specific time depends on the maintenance.
In the case of printing every day, the longest usage time of our customer's XP600 is known to be 2 years.

Toshiba Nozzle: The lifespan is 160 billion ink jets, and it can be used for at least two years.

  • What is the difference between USB cable transmission and network cable transmission

USB transmission: The amount of data transmission is large, and the network cable transmission is not stable enough. The shorter the cable, the more stable it is. Generally, it is recommended to be less than 1 meter.
Network cable transmission: data is stable, fast transmission, easy to verify data, and the transmission volume is not as large as USB transmission.
