As for warranty, here are what we provide to our customers: 1. The printer is assembled well before being shipped, you can use it directly when you get it. 2. Before shipping, we will double check the machine and there have the quality report with the machine. 3. With the machine, we have detailed install, maintenance and trouble shooting instructions. 4. We provide 13 months quality guarantee, except the print heads and ink system. 5. We have professional after-service team to support our customer on-line in English.
